Before establishing in Canada, Mui Garden has served our famous Malaysian curry and Hai-Nam chicken among many other delicious dishes for over a decade in Hong Kong. In July 1992, the first restaurant in Canada was introduced to beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia. In the course of 5 years, Mui Garden has expanded to another 3 locations within the Greater Vancouver area to serve you.

World famous Hai-Nam Chicken

There are two kinds of chicken that Mui Garden uses for our world famous Hai-Nam style chicken: free range chicken and farm chicken. Free-range chicken has less fat and has more tender meat. On the other hand, farm chicken meat is fattier than free-range chicken, giving you more of the chicken flavor and aroma. Combining these two kinds of chicken with our unique style of cooking, our Hai-Nam style chicken is truly in a class of its own.
